We are proud to use Pump Street chocolate who prioritise provenance and process in making their chocolate. They source cacao from the best growers (in this case single origin, Jamacian) who ferment and dry the beans at origin. They then tailor the roasting, grinding and conching to make what we consider some of the best tasting chocolate possible. Sustainably and ethically sourced and produce.
